Ever feel like bullying just keeps happening over and over?

You’re right. Bullying can become a repeated cycle of behaviors and interactions that cause harm, intimidation, humiliation, or exclusion.

Each time the cycle repeats, the bully may gain a greater sense of power—making it feel like there’s no way to break the loop.

But here’s the important part: the better we can identify and describe what’s happening at each step, the easier it becomes to recognize the cycle and find ways to take back control.

Understanding the pattern is the first step toward breaking the loop.

Yom Kippur — A Day for Reflection, Renewal & Compassion

Yom Kippur is a time to pause, reflect, and make space for forgiveness, growth, and renewal.

For many, this day can bring up a range of emotions. Remember that reflection doesn’t have to mean being hard on yourself. Growth can happen through self-compassion, giving yourself grace, and recognizing that you are doing the best you can.

This Yom Kippur, may you find moments of peace, connection, and renewal—both with others and within yourself.

Wishing a meaningful and peaceful Yom Kippur to all who observe.

🍂 Find the Pockets of Family Time This September! 🍂

September can feel like a whirlwind. Between school, sports, homework, activities, and busy work schedules, family time can quickly get pushed to the bottom of the list.

Remember, connection doesn’t have to be complicated or take hours. Sometimes, the small moments are the ones that matter most.

This September, look for the pockets. Make time for connection. And give yourself permission to slow down when you can.
