We will be taking off the workout this Saturday, June 6th to support Race Brimstone and their Eagle Up Ultramarathon Event in Canal Fulton, Ohio. There’s still time to sign up or volunteer for this once a year event. See the comments section for more information.

Join us for the 2nd Annual Memorial Day Workout as we honor the life and sacrifice of 1st Lt. Ashley White and all of our Nation’s heroes.

Come ready to work alongside fellow veterans, first responders, and supporters as we pay tribute through fitness, fellowship, and remembrance.

We finally got the chance to take training outside for an awesome lifting circuit! 💪☀️

From dumbbells and kettlebells to atlas stones and Concept2 rowers, this group put every piece of equipment to work.

We’ll be back at the Bolivar Fire Department next Saturday , and we’re looking for new members to join our outdoor fitness program! If you’re a veteran or first responder, come lift for free! Civilians are welcome to lift for a suggested $10 donation.

Come train with a great group, challenge yourself, and be part of something positive in the community.
