Teresa Gail Hice, age 59, resident of Magazine, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on May 11, 2026. She was born January 24, 1967, in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Her parents are Glenn Robert Schiffman and Shirley Mae Hice Schiffman Brooks.

She liked camping, fishing, watching her 2 favorite soap operas, and spending time with family. In her younger days, she was a proud member of the Girl Scouts. She left this world too soon and will be missed by everyone. She was truly one of a kind, making a lasting impression on everyone she met.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Mae Hice Schiffman Brooks; one brother, William Eugene Schiffman; and one stepsister, Melissa Ann Eads.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

She is survived by husband, Johnny Hice; 2 sons, Shannon Gipson and wife Angela of Amarillo, Texas and Robert Gipson of Fort Smith, Arkansas; 1 daughter, Kimberly Brown of Sherwood, Arkansas; her father, Glenn Schiffman and wife Wanda of Springdale, Arkansas; 3 brothers, Glenn “Butch” Herring and wife Barbara of Breckenridge, Texas, Marlon Schiffman and wife Janet of Lincoln, Arkansas; 3 sisters, Carol Hice of McAllister, Oklahoma, Glenda Cook of Beebe, Arkansas, and Emma Sisson of Scranton, Arkansas; 10 grandkids; 1 great grandkid; and 13 nieces and nephews.

Debra Lynn "Debbie" Gibson, 64, of Magazine, Arkansas was born on February 23, 1962. Debbie passed from this earth on March 10, 2026.

Debbie is preceded in death by her father Willie Adron Gibson JR, and mother Shirley Raye Gibson(Holt.)

Debbie is survived by daughter - Adrianne and husband Jus Oliver. Sister -Dana and husband Ernest Goff. Grandchildren- Michael Oliver, Cora Gibson, and Kinsley Oliver. Honorary Son- James "Jimmy" Daws. Aunt- Linda Gibson. Stepsons- Chris Ihle and Jeremy Ihle. As well as many more nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who she leaves behind.

Debbie was a hard worker. She worked at DPM in Booneville. She also worked at Booneville P.D. for a few years. Debbie then worked for the Logan County Sheriff's Office; where she worked for several years, as a Dispatcher/Jailor, until she retired to become a caregiver for her parents.

Debbie enjoyed helping people and caring for her family and friends. She loved to golf when she was able. She loved to go out dancing with friends. Debbie enjoyed sports; the Arkansas razorbacks basketball games. Debbie's happiest moments were family time. She was always watching her Great Niece play softball on the phone, when she couldn't be there in person, and cheering her on. Debbie enjoyed being "Gigi" to her grandchildren; especially playing words games together and watching Cooking/Home renovation shows on the TV. Music was also a love of hers; sitting around with her family and singing songs and just enjoying time together. She loved to wake up with a fresh cup of coffee every morning.

Debbie was part of the graduating class of 81' from Magazine High School. Debbie was a member of the Magazine Methodist Church. Debbie's heart was overjoyed when she knew, that the Mattie Cravens Women's Circle, was helping children and families with anything they needed.

In honor of Debbie's love and compassion for others. The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Mattie Cravens Women's Circle at the Magazine Methodist Church. For more information on that, please contact Donna Robinson.

Family held memorial service will be on Sunday, June 7, 2026, beginning at 4:00 pm at the Magazine Methodist Church.

Patsy Delorise Osborne Walters of Lavaca, Arkansas, 79, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026. She was born November 26, 1946, in Magazine, Arkansas.

She was a cherished member of the Old Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Magazine. Her professional journey as a registered nurse included dedicated service in hospitals and nursing homes, culminating in her retirement as the director of the Good Samaritan Nursing Home. An active participant in her community, she was a proud member of the Eagles Lodge in Fort Smith and the Eastern Star. With a passion for playing poker and a love for family gatherings, she created many joyful memories. She was truly loved by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Shorty and Bessie Osborne; brothers, Bud, Roger, Charles, Skeeter, and Jim Osborne; and sisters, Faye Satterfield, Lois Brown, and Louise Lowery.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, June 1, 2026, at Old Union Presbyterian Church with burial at Old Union Cemetery in Magazine, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 pm. on Sunday at Roberts Memorial Chapel.

Patsy is survived by her son, Kenneth Edward Scott Jr. (Misty) of Magazine, Arkansas; daughter, Terressa Rasdon of Lavaca, Arkansas; sister, Thelma Barnes of Lavaca, Arkansas; best friend, James Terrill of the home; grandchildren, Jessica, Heather, Patrick, Forest, Matthew, Charlie, and Shaaylyne; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild on the way; and other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Forest Rasdon, Patrick Martin, Robert Musgrove, Arliss Osborne, Kenny Martin.
Honorary Pallbearers: Flint Martin and Payton Foster.

Gisela Bond Haugh, 87, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed from this life on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. She was born December 18, 1938, in Frankfurt, Germany.

She practiced the Catholic faith and dedicated her career to real estate, where she thrived as a property manager. Her love for animals, particularly her cherished cats, was a defining part of who she was. Above all, she treasured the moments spent with her family, creating lasting memories together.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Irene Virginia Larson and parents, Sydney and Johanna Bond.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

Beverly Georgeann Williams, 52, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. She was born October 1, 1973, in Danville, Arkansas.

She enjoyed coloring, working on puzzles, and painting nails and other glamour activities with her cousin, Lilly. She also enjoyed watching movies and listening to country music.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Deeds; father, Paul Williams; and brothers, Joey and Sammy Williams.

Beverly is survived by her aunts, Linda Gunn, Syble Anderson, and Shirley Hillis; cousins, Lilly Gunn, Karter Gunn, and Brock Gunn; and niece, Tiffany Qualls; nephews, Christopher and Donnie Paul Williams; and many other cousins.

A family held “Celebration of Life” will be at Shiloh Cemetery located on Pea Ridge north of Atkins, Arkansas, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Roberts Funeral Home for final expenses.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Marie Chittenden; parents, Arlis and Marie Swaim; sisters, Arlie Marshall and Janiece Hudson; and brother, Eldon Swaim.
