Mental health is part of caring for your whole self. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to share a simple reminder that taking care of your mind matters too.

Small daily actions, support from community, rest, movement, conversation, and asking for help when needed can all make a difference. If things have felt heavy lately, please know that you do not have to carry it alone.

NAL is here to support our Relatives through connection, resources, culture, and community care. Please take what you need from this post and share it with someone who may need the reminder too.
