Hearth, Inc. - ending elder homelessness Hearth is dedicated to the elimination of homelessness among the elderly. We house, prevent, and/or stabilize housing for individuals over 50.

We manage 228 units of permanent supportive housing and an Outreach program, which helps over 250 elders each year to find and succeed in housing of their own. Recently we partnered with the Corporation for Supportive Housing to create a National Initiative to End Elder Homelessness.

On Friday, residents at Olmsted Green and Ruggles Assisted Living teamed up with volunteers from and MGH Institute of Health Professions for a 9/11 Service Day of giving back to local first responders across the Boston area. They worked together to assemble care packages, write thank you cards, and share an afternoon of remembrance and gratitude. Thank you to Point32Health and MGHIP for sponsoring this incredible opportunity for our residents to give back as well all the incredible volunteers for making the day truly special!
