Fraudulent emails are circulating that use the MyChart name and logo and may look like legitimate healthcare communications. Some mention a “2026 MyChart Senior Health Package,” Medicare wellness benefits or a free health kit.

These emails are not from MyChart or Riverside Healthcare.

If you receive one, do not click links, open attachments, reply or provide personal, medical, insurance or financial information. Mark the email as phishing or junk and delete it.

If you’re ever unsure whether a MyChart message is legitimate, contact your Riverside provider or office directly using a phone number from an official Riverside source.

Please share this information with family and friends who use MyChart, especially those who may not be familiar with phishing scams. A quick warning could help protect someone you care about.
