Irvana knows that exceptional resident care starts with having the right people there when they are needed most.
As Staffing Coordinator, Irvana works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care. But for Irvana, the job has never been simply about making a schedule.
With experience as both a CNA and CMT, she understands the demands of direct care firsthand. When a shift needs coverage, Irvana may be the one working alongside the nursing team. When another department needs help, she steps in—whether that means assisting Environmental Services or lending a hand wherever the need is greatest.
And she always makes time for residents. At the community’s recent Waterpalooza, Irvana could be found laughing right alongside them—and even becoming a willing target for their water guns.
Whether solving a staffing challenge or sharing a moment of joy, Irvana leads with humility, dependability, and a servant’s heart. Her dedication helps staff feel supported and residents feel safe, valued, and cared for.
