D3 - Hwy 210 (Washington St.) in Brainerd: 2026-2027 construction

All lanes open
Here's what to expect by Mon evening, Oct. 26:
Hwy 210 opens on all four new lanes, two each way, between Pine Shores Rd. and S Sixth St.
The multi-lane roundabouts at Co. Rd. 3 and C St./Hwy 25 will fully operational.
Watch for pedestrians crossing at the roundabouts. Pay attention to flashing yellow signs.
Hwy 25 leg between Hwy 210 and 10th Ave. NE will remain open on the temporary connection until spring 2027 when it will be reconstructed.

10th Ave. NE. will remain closed until mid-November to complete work.
Gillis Ave./13th St. SE will be right-in/right-out turns only at Hwy 210 until the signal system arrives and can be installed in early December.
Note: CenterPoint Energy will closing 13th St. SE/Crow Wing Co. Rd. 45 starting Tue, Oct. 27, to perform gas-main work. Please contact CenterPoint Energy with questions.
The temporary Oak St. mini roundabouts at Eighth St. and and 13th St. SE will be removed by Thu evening, Oct. 29. Follow signs along side streets when crews work at the intersection.
