September is Su***de Prevention & Awareness Month.
This month is a reminder that every life matters, every story matters, and sometimes the people who are hurting the most are the ones who hide it best.
You never truly know what someone is carrying. A simple “How are you really doing?”, a phone call, a text, or simply sitting beside someone can mean more than you realize.
If you’re struggling, please know this: you don’t have to face it alone. Reaching out isn’t weakness. It’s courage.
And if someone reaches out to you, listen without judgment. You don’t need to have all the answers—you just need to be there.
Check on your people.
Listen.
Be kind.
Speak up.
Remind someone that they matter.
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or thinking about su***de in the U.S., call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
You matter. Your life matters. There is hope, even when it feels impossible to see. 💛
