Join us for a delicious Saturday Night Kula with these two! + - Honey Flow with Live Music TOMORROW May 30 from 6.30 - 8pm!

You may not think the coolest place to be on a Saturday Night in Williamsburg is the yoga studio, but we promise you won’t regret taking a pass on going out to stay in and hang with us! Kevin and Peter are back with another pop-up Honey Flow with live music by Peter and yoga by Kevin. You know the drill: we start with vinyasa and slowly melt into yin and restorative postures, with a live curated soundscape throughout. You’ll float out the door to head home and put your feet up, or perhaps just show up a little late and supremely chilled out for whatever else your evening has in store.

Spotlight on…KULA FLOW COMMUNITY CLASSES!

We’ve gradually added more of these to the schedule!

Search “Kula Flow: Community Class” and you’ll see we now have a midday Tues/Thurs 2.30pm option. (In addition to the 4pm Saturday and a few bonus time spots now and again!)

Are you feeling weighed down by old patterns, emotions, or stress that no longer serve you? Do you crave a reset — a chance to let go and step into what’s new?

This class is for anyone seeking to shed what no longer serves them, reconnect with their inner strength, and open the door to transformation. No prior experience with Breathwork is needed; just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore!

In this class, participants will be guided through a dynamic two-stage Breathwork practice designed to cleanse the body, release emotional blocks, and quiet the busy mind. The session will start with intention-setting, guided Breathwork to music, followed by integration time, sharing and questions. Together, these practices create a safe and supportive space for deep release, clarity, and renewal.

The takeaway?

A lighter, clearer sense of self — and the energy and inspiration to move forward with greater ease!

BIG NEWS!

If you missed it - is coming to Brooklyn! THIS WED IS THE LAST DAY for early bird pricing for our first class on Wed, April 29 from 2-3.30pm.

The rest of the dates are May 27, June 24, and July 29. You can attend in person OR ONLINE!

GROUNDCONTROL is a class scored from a Pilates mat format, weaving together a spectrum of somatic modalities. We use ab balls, therabands, gliders and other small props to engage in a solid breath-based, core focused workout. This class is specifically relevant for yoga practitioners, athletes, and movers alike. Exercises are specifically designed and sequenced by Lindsay to train the body for deep, balanced strength, therapeutic range of motion (ROM), and to educate the moving body for injury prevention and recovery.
