The goal of the Healing Studio is to help people who are ready for a shift align themselves to their highest potential – to intuitively explore new learning and growth opportunities, move their bodies and receive nurturing care of the physical body and subtle energy systems. We have energy healing, Reiki, chakra balancing, flower essence, meditation, life coaching, sound baths, Aura healing, Crystal Healing, and more. Additionally, the goal of the center is to provide an alternative perspective on self-care and move the community forward through the power of energy healing. What if the fastest way to quiet your mind...was to simply stop?

Everything in the body is constantly moving and vibrating. When we experience stress, tension, or overwhelm, it can feel like we’ve lost our natural sense of harmony.

Our sound baths with Blossoming Lotus Sound help bring all of that back into balance. The resonant tones of Himalayan singing bowls help encourage deeply relaxing and meditative states while giving space for greater mind-body awareness. Which allows space for that constant inner dialogue (“what if?”, “I should…”, “what’s next?”) to ease into silence.

After an hour, you'll find yourself feeling calmer, clearer, and grounded.

Channeling is a practice where someone receives information, messages, or guidance from a source beyond their ordinary conscious mind. The channeler may channel:

✨A higher or divine consciousness

During the Light Council channeling event, your host, Insightful Inspirations Leanne Holitza will channel the light council (an advanced collective of ascended masters).

She has loved being a member of The Healing Studio tribe since 2016, and enjoys learning, teaching, and growing. When she is not teaching or in session, you can find her hiking, meditating next to a creek, reading under a tree, tending to her plants and garden, or playing with her dog and cats. Stephanie has completed an apprenticeship with Insightful Inspirations Leanne Holitza for Energy Awareness.

Receive a grounding meditation along with a healing sound journey. The focus this month will be all about honoring yourself by practicing self love and self care. We will set intentions about what we are calling into our space, while gently releasing that which may be holding you back from truly embracing where you're at now and where you are heading.

There will be time at the end to reflect through journaling while enjoying some light snacks and nourishing tea together. 🍵
