We’ve heard some misconceptions about Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN) and wanted to clear a few things up 👇

MCN is:
✨ gentle
✨ non-invasive
✨ painless
✨ designed to work with your brain, not against it

Most people are surprised by how relaxed they feel coming out of sessions. You don’t have to “try hard,” concentrate, or do anything perfectly during treatment.

MCN is often used to support nervous system regulation for those experiencing things like stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, brain fog, and feeling constantly overwhelmed.

Questions about MCN? We’d be happy to talk - give us a call at 979-703-1808 🫶

Ever wondered what a Micro Current (MCN) session looks like?

Here’s a quick behind-the-scenes look at what you can expect during a session.

MCN is a gentle, non-invasive approach that helps support nervous system regulation. Clients often seek MCN to help address stress, anxiety, sleep issues, brain fog, headaches, trauma, and more.

The best part? No effort required - clients simply sit back and relax while the system works.

Have questions about MCN or wondering if it’s right for you?

Give us a call at 979-703-1808 to learn more or schedule your first session!

Nervous system dysregulation doesn’t always look dramatic.

Sometimes it can appear as:
• constantly overthinking
• feeling “on edge”
• being exhausted but unable to rest
• reacting more strongly than you want to
• never fully feeling calm

Your brain and body were designed to protect you, but prolonged stress can leave the nervous system stuck in survival mode.

Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN) is a gentle, non-invasive way to support the brain’s natural ability to regulate and restore balance.

You don’t have to stay in survival mode forever. 🤍

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us of the deep cost of freedom and the enduring strength of courage, love, and selflessness.
❤️🤍💙

We are grateful for those who served and for the families who continue to carry both pride and loss. 🇺🇸

As the school year comes to an end, many kids are carrying more than backpacks home with them. Finals, changing routines, friendships, transitions, and big emotions can leave children feeling overwhelmed — even when summer is around the corner.

Parents, this is a great time to slow down and check in with your kids. Sometimes the most meaningful conversations happen in the ordinary moments — during bedtime, car rides, or around the dinner table.

A few simple ways to support your child during this season:
• Give extra grace with emotions and behavior
• Celebrate effort, not just achievements
• Keep routines as consistent as possible
• Make space for rest and connection
• Remind them they are loved beyond their performance

And parents — don’t forget to care for yourselves too. You do not have to navigate the hard seasons alone.

We are cheering your family on as you finish this school year strong!

Mother’s Day can hold many emotions.
For some, it’s a day of celebration and gratitude. For others, it may bring grief, disappointment, longing, or pain. Today, we want to acknowledge those carrying the weight of losing a mother, growing up without the love they needed, struggling with infertility, experiencing miscarriage, or longing to become a mom.

No matter what this day feels like for you, your story matters and your feelings are valid.

We honor the mothers who love deeply, the women who nurture others in countless ways, and those quietly carrying heartache today. You are seen, valued, and not alone.

As you move through this weekend, may you give yourself grace, lean into support, and remember that healing and hope can coexist.

Some days feel heavy. The stress, the worries, the unknowns—it can all feel like too much. But every day you keep going is a reminder of your strength and resilience.

Progress doesn’t have to be big to matter. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is simply take the next step, say the next prayer, or choose to try again tomorrow.

If today feels hard, remember: you’re not alone, and support is always available. Keep going—one day at a time.

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
