Today I stepped into a recording studio for the very first time, and what an incredible experience it was. I went in feeling a little nervous, but it quickly became clear that this project comes from somewhere much deeper than memorized words. We made very few mistakes because the knowledge we're sharing is ancestral, embedded within us, and spoken straight from the heart.

Tomorrow is Day 2, where we'll be mastering and digitally preparing these recordings to bring all seven guided meditation tracks to life. That's right—very soon, each of our 7 chakra-aligned products will have its own custom meditation to deepen your ritual and support your journey.

This project has been over a year in the making, and seeing it finally come together is truly surreal. I cannot wait to share this beautiful offering with all of you. Stay tuned... it's almost here. 💜✨

Tomorrow marks a huge milestone for me and Chakra Buds!

For the very first time ever, I'm stepping into a recording studio to bring a project I've been working on for over a year to life. Over the next two days, I'll be at with the tracks that Zack from created intentionally for our space , and while I'm definitely feeling a little nervous, I'm even more excited.

This project is incredibly special to my heart, and I can't wait to share it with all of you very soon. Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way.

This past weekend, we gathered in community to reconnect with the energy of the Root Chakra (Muladhara)—our foundation of safety, stability, and belonging.

Together, we slowed down, grounded into the present moment, explored supportive herbs, connected with plant medicine, and reflected on what it truly means to feel rooted. Every conversation, every cup of tea, and every shared intention reminded us that healing doesn't happen in isolation—it grows through connection.

The Root Chakra teaches us that before we can rise, we must first build strong roots. When we nourish our foundation, we create space for confidence, resilience, and personal growth.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts and a willingness to grow. Your energy made this gathering truly special.
