New real-world clinical data presented at the Midwest Reproductive Symposium international 2026 Conference, highlighted the potential of HerResolve™ to help address the longstanding challenges of delayed endometriosis diagnosis.

Out of 197 women evaluated in clinical practice, HerResolve™ demonstrated:

· 53%, were detected as positive for endometriosis
· Use across multiple clinical sites and providers, reflecting broad early adoption
· Consistent algorithm performance across a diverse patient population with symptoms including infertility, pelvic pain and abnormal uterine bleeding

These real-world findings support the feasibility of HerResolve™ across multiple providers and clinical settings and reinforce the need for innovative approaches that may help shorten the journey to diagnosis.

We're excited to share these findings with the reproductive medicine community!

Endometriosis is more common than many realize, yet its impact on pregnancy is still not fully understood, affecting both natural conception and assisted reproductive outcomes.

Research published in the Journal of Personalized Medicine highlights that women with endometriosis face elevated risks for obstetric complications, including preterm birth and small-for-gestational-age infants.

Even when a patient is moving forward with IVF, knowing whether endometriosis is present beforehand can help guide a more individualized approach to care, monitoring, and pregnancy planning.

At HerAnova, we are advancing non-invasive diagnostics like HerResolve™, our blood test aimed at helping identify endometriosis earlier in the fertility journey.

We're proud to see our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Farideh Bischoff, featured in Healio discussing the clinical validation of HerResolve™, our first-of-its-kind multiomic blood test for endometriosis.

The data presented at ENDO 2026 demonstrated that HerResolve identified 61.5% of endometriosis cases missed by transvaginal ultrasound, MRI, or both, underscoring its potential to provide earlier answers for women seeking a diagnosis.

As Dr. Bischoff shared, "One of the greatest challenges with endometriosis is timely diagnosis." By providing clinicians with a noninvasive tool to complement existing diagnostic pathways, HerResolve has the potential to help women get answers sooner and support more informed treatment decisions.

HerAnova's Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Farideh Bischoff, and co-founder and chairwoman, Penny Wan, joined Dr. Susan Fox on the Health Youniversity podcast for a thoughtful conversation on endometriosis, fertility, and the need for earlier, less invasive ways to help women get answers.

In the episode, they discuss why menstrual pain should not be dismissed as "normal," how endometriosis can impact reproductive health, and HerAnova's work to advance HerResolve™, a blood-based test designed to support the diagnosis of endometriosis.

Thank you to Dr. Fox for giving HerAnova the opportunity to help raise awareness around endometriosis and the importance of supporting women and healthcare professionals in getting the answer they need to act.

HerAnova was featured by GenomeWeb as the conversation around earlier, less invasive approaches to endometriosis diagnosis continues to grow.

As highlighted in the article, HerResolve™ combines multiple biomarkers and machine learning to help identify endometriosis in symptomatic women through a blood-based approach. The coverage also discussed our clinical validation data published in the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology.

The article further highlights HerAnova’s ongoing efforts as we work to expand access to innovative diagnostic solutions across women’s healthcare in the United States.

We remain focused on helping women access answers sooner and supporting clinicians with additional diagnostic insights.

Thank you to Genome Web and Kelsy Ketchum for covering the progress being made in endometriosis diagnostics and the continued innovation in women’s health.
