It’s easy to focus on what’s missing
→ What they didn’t say
→ What they didn’t do
→ Why they didn’t text you back

But where your attention goes, connection grows đŸ€

It can be as simple as “I’m glad you’re in my life.”

Not because everything is perfect!

Security isn’t something you find in your bank account

They made sense then, but they may not support the version of you you’re becoming now.

Sometimes you’re not reacting to what’s happening, you’re reacting to something that feels familiar from before.

Anger feels powerful, but it’s not the whole truth.

It shows up fast and loud, and for a moment it can feel like clarity
 like you finally know exactly what to do 🙃

But most of the time, it’s protecting something more vulnerable underneath.

And when you stay in that place, everything starts to narrow.

→ Your perspective.
→ Your options.
→ Your ability to actually connect or move forward in a way that feels good.

There’s nothing wrong with anger.

It has a purpose đŸ™ŒđŸŒ

But it’s not meant to lead.

When you slow down enough to look beneath it, something softer usually comes into view
 and that’s where real clarity lives.

Because real power isn’t just in protecting yourself

Somehow everything turns into an adventure with him 😆

We’re out back “making food” for Mario and all his friends, and Leo is fully in it!

Imagining, creating, narrating the whole world as he goes.

But when your system is activated, more thinking usually just keeps you spinning 🙃

That “stuck” feeling isn’t a lack of clarity, it’s your body asking for something different.

Less pressure, more support.
