When treating lower body injuries, one of the most common things I see missed is forgetting to train tibial rotation 👀
Here we have Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman performing a banded tibial internal rotation to improve strength and stability into end-range tibial external rotation (where a lot of injuries tend to occur) 😎
