I did want to put it out there that the week of August 2nd is almost full. If you would like to schedule something in advance, please let me know. I know things come up and some of you want in at the last minute, which is totally fine, IF I can make it work!

But remember you are basically guaranteed an appointment if you schedule it ahead of time 😁

I will be out of state this weekend so if you contact me to set something up please know it may take me a little longer to respond!

I am turning to you guys for some leads...

I love myofascial release techniques & I love neck and shoulder work
But I want to hear from you.
What problem areas do you have that you would suggest researching more?

I can sit and watch random continuing education courses all night but it would be nice to get some direction that would be helpful to you🤣⬆️⬇️

I have plans on my mind for some bigger courses I want to take, but it's not the right timing yet. I'll get there eventually and I'll let you know when I do😁

Hey my lovely people!

I know I haven't posted my hours yet and honestly it's because I really haven't had a set schedule! I've been all over the place so if you're concerned about the time you need, don't be. Just ask 😁

I have openings on the 25th and 26th that are waiting to be filled!
Also I will most likely be IN town the week of Independence Day/weekend! If you'll be around and want to squeeze in, let me know.

I've debated in the past about posting something like this on my business page...

But the people that see me as clients know me (mostly) and know I try and live my life lovingly.

My office is a safe space. I've had people tell me things I wouldn't otherwise expect them to tell me. With that it comes with people getting comfortable enough to tell me things that I don't agree with.

I've recently read and had a fresh and difficult conversation with someone who I thought had some pretty extreme views that I didn't know about until two days ago.
I'm not getting into details.

But I will say I am a safe space for anyone that doesn't live their life through hate.
I am a safe space for anyone that doesn't try to cause harm to anyone.

I love people. I love caring for people.
I try my best to treat people with respect.
I base my "judgements" on people on how they treat others, not where you come from or how you identify.

Obviously there are more complex conversations we can get into about these topics but I'm not, because I feel it doesn't need an explanation today.

Just know that if you mean no harm and you live your life through love... you're my kind of person ❣️
