Today we celebrate someone who has been so much more than an employee—she has been family.
After 15 incredible years, we're saying goodbye to Jesse. It's impossible to put into words the impact she's had on our team, our clients, and everyone lucky enough to know her. She has been truly invaluable, always showing up with dedication, compassion, and a heart for serving others.
Jesse has faced life's challenges with remarkable grace, kindness, and love. She is an inspiration to all of us, reminding us every day what strength, resilience, and authenticity look like. She has never been afraid to be uniquely herself, and it's those wonderful quirks that have made our workplace brighter, more joyful, and unmistakably "Jesse."
While we're heartbroken to see her go, we're incredibly grateful for the 15 years of memories, laughter, friendship, and unwavering commitment she has given us. Her legacy will live on in the countless lives she's touched and the standards of care and kindness she set for all of us.
Jesse, we love you, we will miss you more than words can say, and we can't thank you enough for everything you've done. We wish you nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter. Once part of our family, always part of our family. ❤️
Please join us in thanking Jesse for 15 amazing years and wishing her all the best on her next adventure!

📝 Sometimes recovery means facing something as simple—and as difficult—as procrastination.
One of our clients recently wrote this poem about his struggle with procrastination. With his permission, we're honored to share his words. Recovery isn't just about overcoming substance use—it's also about learning to face everyday challenges like fear, self-doubt, and putting things off until tomorrow. Creative expression can be a powerful part of healing, and we're grateful he allowed us to share this.
Procrastination
By Brian D.
Why must you always be the best of me?
You make it feel like such a waste of time.
My free time is valuable, and there's only so much of it to give.
I feel trapped.
Procrastination, you make me feel like I need to figure out what's "unfixable."
Less doesn't have to equal failure.
Still, I know there's something wrong.
I don't want to just sit back with need to stack off this bubble.
This season and this pain don't feel like they are being true.
You keep me to the point of hopelessness.
It needs to come to an end.
Not just for you—or even myself—
but for those who love me.
This isn't what I just need to make.
It's not.
A race isn't my destination, only a path.
Within a timely manner,
it can't be done with ensuring a framework.
A house can't be built with just one brick.
Anyone will tell you it's more than likely
it will always be.
Just like Rome wasn't built in a day,
multiple times is far more than enough.
We think there's always enough time,
so we can have the fun before the work needs to be done.
Again and again, I can't pull away.
This relationship and procrastination have become all I know.
Procrastination, you're like a lover—
but without you, I can maintain focus.
💙 Thank you, Brian, for allowing us to share your work. Your honesty reminds us that recovery is about progress, not perfection. Sometimes the hardest step is simply getting started—and that first small step can change everything.
