Celebrating the 4th of July looks a little different when someone you love is living with dementia. That does not make it any less meaningful.

Here are a few ways to bring the holiday home in a way that feels safe and familiar:

🎵 Play patriotic songs from their era and sing along
📸 Flip through old photos from past celebrations
🎨 Make simple red, white, and blue crafts together
🕛 Celebrate earlier in the day when clarity tends to be at its best

You know your loved one best. Let that guide the day. ❤️🤍💙
