We are currently seeking 2 dedicated Peer Recovery Support Specialists to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals with lived experience in long-term recovery and a strong passion for helping individuals navigate substance use, mental health challenges, and systemic barriers.

Must be in recovery a minimum of 2 years, and have successfully completed the West Virginia certification board for addiction and prevention professionals certification.
(PRSS certification required) 

The ideal candidate will be skilled in:
✔️ Crisis support
✔️ Client advocacy
✔️ Resource coordination
✔️ Building therapeutic rapport

We value individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to connect with people during high-stress situations.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines medication management with counseling and support services to help individuals working toward recovery from opioid use disorder.

At Mountain State Recovery Center, our team provides compassionate, individualized care in a professional outpatient setting. Services may include medication management, injectables, therapy, group therapy and coordination of care based on each person’s needs.
