Got water stuck in your ear? 🌊👂

A day at the pool is fun, but trapped water can lead to irritation or swimmer's ear if it stays in the ear canal. You might notice a feeling of fullness, muffled hearing, or mild discomfort.

To safely care for your ears, tilt your head to each side and gently tug your earlobe to help the water drain. Dry the outside with a soft towel and let your ears air-dry after swimming. Please remember to never use cotton swabs, fingers, or other objects inside your ear.
