Strong opinions from this guy- but all in the spirit of protecting patients from unnecessary delays.

1️⃣ “Just relax” is harmful garbage advice. Infertility is a medical diagnosis, not a consequence of worrying too much.

2️⃣ There is no such thing as seeking fertility advice “too soon.” Information doesn’t commit you to treatment; it simply helps you understand your options.

3️⃣ Chiropractors should not be giving fertility advice. Your reproductive health deserves guidance from a qualified fertility specialist.

4️⃣ IVF is a modern miracle, but it is not a time machine. Age still matters, and treatment cannot completely reverse its effects on fertility.

5️⃣ Building a family doesn’t have to look one specific way. IVF, donor eggs or s***m, surrogacy, adoption, choosing a child-free life—there is no single “right” path.
