Say hello to the newest addition to the Service Dogs of Virginia family! 💙

Addie recently joined us from Guiding Eyes for the Blind in New York and is already beginning her journey toward becoming a future service dog. A special thank you to her dedicated puppy raiser, Wrenn, for giving Addie such a wonderful start and helping prepare her for this next chapter.

We can't wait to watch Addie learn, grow, and make a life-changing impact in the years ahead. Welcome to Virginia, Addie! 🐶✨

Inspired by the beauty of the Shenandoah Valley, this one-of-a-kind work of art is helping raise awareness and support for the future home of Service Dogs of Virginia.

🎳 SDV Sadie recently enjoyed a game of duckpin bowling at Sun Pins in Dairy Market with her nights-and-weekends foster!

Every outing like this helps our service dogs in training build confidence and learn how to remain calm and focused in real-world environments. From the sounds of bowling pins to busy crowds and new sights, these experiences are an important part of their journey.

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteer fosters who give our dogs these valuable opportunities outside of formal training. Your time and dedication help prepare them for the important work ahead. 💙🐾

🎉 Please help us congratulate Isabel and Perry — they're officially a team!

SDV Perry and Isabel just completed Transfer Camp together, the final step before heading out into the world side by side.

None of this happens without our incredible community of donors, volunteers, and puppy raiser Tina who supported Perry along the way. This is your win too. 🐾
