Today, we celebrate and appreciate the hard work, dedication, and tireless commitment of our incredible Rehabilitation Team!

Our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams provide compassionate, skilled care 7 days a week, helping our residents regain strength, independence, confidence, and quality of life. 💪❤️

With many years of combined experience, our rehab team is highly skilled in managing complex cases and creating individualized treatment plans to meet each resident’s unique needs.

What makes our rehab program truly special is the way everyone works together as one team—supporting our residents and each other every step of the way.

We’re also proud to announce that Chatham Hills is now certified by the American Heart Association, further strengthening our commitment to exceptional clinical care.

Our Palliative Care Program provides additional support and comfort for our patients and their families, while our Concierge Services, available 7 days a week, continue to set us apart and elevate the customer experience.
