Your rehab doesn’t have to be perfect to work. It just has to be consistent, intentional, and sustainable.

We're excited to welcome Catherine Amey, PT, DPT to the Atlas Physical Therapy & Performance team!

Catherine grew up in New Jersey, where a lifelong love of sports and two ACL surgeries inspired her to pursue a career helping others recover and return to the activities they love. She has experience across a wide range of settings, including outpatient orthopedics and sports, inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, skilled nursing, military, and pediatrics. Catherine is passionate about combining hands-on manual therapy with individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their goals. She is certified as a Performance Specialist and in dry needling.

Outside the clinic, Catherine enjoys traveling (she's visited nearly all 50 states), fishing, softball, yoga, reformer Pilates, camping, road trips, and spending time outdoors with her fiancé.

We couldn't be more excited to have her serving the Cheyenne community. Welcome to Atlas, Catherine!
