1st LAB INTENSIVE was AWESOME! 👏🏻

This course, a brand new format for Redefine, sold out in 3 weeks back in May. I spent an insane amount of time preparing for this course, which is the format I always wanted it to be. Overall, I'm not sure it could've gone better for the first trial. The students were engaged the entire time, provided helpful feedback about how to modify it for the better in the future, and everyone learned a lot, including me.

I was so glad to have 2 of my smartest teacher colleagues as 'instructors in training' - Shane O'Malley and Mike Turnwald. As our mission grows, our capacity must grow with it, so you'll see other instructors making a debut in 2027.

For those that missed it, we're headed back to SLC in the spring of 2027. And more locations to come!

The inaugural PCPT Part 1 lab intensive is this weekend in SLC! To say it was a lot of work to put together is a MASSIVE understatement 🤪😝😵‍💫 but it was worth everything minute of my time! It's going to be an awesome opportunity for 30 amazing primary care PTs to apply their skills with real-time case practicals, open lab time to refine those exam skills and even differential diagnosis taboo... yes, like the household game!

Using my dining room table right now to put together the correct sets of documents. This task by itself is really testing my ADHD brain! But I am so excited!!!!

My only dilemma will be what to do if there is a Bills home game on Sunday 😳😱...

Just kidding! I will obviously present... but in head to toe Bills mafia gear!

I have an amazing team of leaders pulling together the final post course modules for The Primary Care PT Start-Up Workshop for Business Leaders.

Jerry Durham is leading with building the culture, messaging and process needed to support PCPT.

I'm coming in to talk about the people things - not just clinical competencies, but team dynamics, and values.

Alan Petrazzi, FACHE is going to share insights on the art of strategy in building a new program.

And Alex Bendersky is going to tie it all together with addressing how we leverage technology to make it all possible.
