Starting a new job can feel exciting, overwhelming, and uncertain all at once. 💼

For many young professionals, questions like “Am I good enough for this?” or “What if I am not ready?” can quickly turn into workplace anxiety and imposter syndrome.

But feeling uncomfortable in a new role does not mean you do not belong. It can be part of learning, adapting, and growing into a new chapter of your life.

Our latest blog explores the transition from college to the workplace, the emotions behind imposter syndrome, and why you are far from alone in experiencing them.

Breakups can make it feel like your entire world is falling apart, but sometimes the anxiety we experience in relationships is connected to something deeper: our attachment patterns. ❤️

Understanding whether you lean toward a secure, anxious, dismissive-avoidant, or fearful-avoidant attachment style can help you understand how you seek closeness, respond to distance, and navigate conflict.

Attachment styles are not permanent labels. By understanding these patterns, we can replace blame with curiosity, recognize unmet needs, and work toward healthier, more secure relationships.

What if relationship anxiety isn't something to fix, but something to understand?

Many of us hope that once we've "done enough work" on ourselves, our relationships will become effortless. But the truth is, the people we love often reflect the parts of us that still need compassion, healing, and growth.

Relationship anxiety doesn't mean you're broken. It means your connections matter.

In our latest blog, we explore how mindfulness, self-compassion, and deeper self-awareness can transform relationship anxiety into an opportunity for stronger, healthier, and more authentic connections.

🌟 Investing in Hope, Innovation, and Every Child's Potential

Today, we are proud to share an exciting milestone in Care for Albania's mission to expand access to quality care for children in need.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, sponsors, and everyone who supported the Care for Albania Charity Gala 2026, we are honored to announce a new partnership with Kids Academy Kosovo.

Through the funds raised during our Gala, Care for Albania will finance the purchase of the NIRVANA Double Active Area System, an innovative rehabilitation technology designed to support children with neurodevelopmental, neurological, cognitive, and physical challenges.

NIRVANA transforms therapy into an immersive, interactive experience by combining movement, visual stimulation, and evidence-based therapeutic exercises. It helps children strengthen motor, cognitive, communication, and social-emotional skills while increasing engagement and motivation throughout the rehabilitation process.

This investment will enable Kids Academy to expand its therapeutic services and provide free access to NIRVANA therapy for children from vulnerable families, as well as children already receiving services at the center.

Across Kosovo and Albania, access to advanced rehabilitation technologies remains limited. By bringing this innovative system to the region, we are investing not only in equipment, but in opportunity, inclusion, and the future of children who deserve every chance to reach their full potential.

This partnership represents much more than a donation, it reflects Care for Albania's deep commitment to improving children's lives through sustainable, meaningful initiatives and strong collaborations with organizations that share our values.

❤️ We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every donor, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter who made this project possible. Your generosity is creating lasting impact and opening new possibilities for children and families who need them most.

Together, we are building a future where every child has access to innovative care, hope, and the opportunity to thrive.

Has anxiety been feeling heavier lately? You are not alone.

Many people are experiencing increased worry, difficulty sleeping, panic attacks, and a constant sense of uncertainty. In today's world, ongoing economic challenges, political tensions, climate-related events, and the nonstop flow of news can leave our nervous systems feeling overwhelmed.

The important thing to remember is this: anxiety is not a sign of weakness. It is often a very human response to prolonged uncertainty.

In our latest blog, Dr. Deahdra Bowier discusses why anxiety and panic are becoming more common, how chronic stress affects the nervous system, and practical ways to care for your mental health while building resilience.

Why do people hide the truth, even from those they love?

Often, it is not because they are trying to deceive others. It is because they have spent years trying to protect themselves from shame.

When we grow up believing we have to be perfect to be accepted, we may learn to hide our mistakes, minimize our struggles, or tell others what we think they want to hear. Over time, this pattern can quietly damage our relationship with ourselves and the people we care about most.

The truth is, trust is built through authenticity, not perfection.

In this video, Dr. Sonila Sejdaras explores how shame influences honesty, why trust breaks down in relationships, and how healing begins when we choose to be truthful with ourselves first.

🎥 Watch the video and let me know your thoughts.

💬 Have you ever noticed how shame can make honesty feel difficult?

⚽ What can sports teach us about mental health? More than we often realize.

Watching the recent final reminded me that resilience is often built in the moments we lose, not just when we win.

Young athletes like LAMINE YAMAL10✅ and Giannis Antetokounmpo have shared powerful perspectives on handling pressure, setbacks, and failure with maturity far beyond their years. Their words are an important reminder that success is not about never failing. It is about learning, growing, and moving forward with resilience.

In this video, Dr. Sonila Sejdaras shares why their messages resonate from a psychological perspective and why embracing failure may be one of the healthiest things we can do for our mental well-being.

🎥 Watch the reel and let me know: What has failure taught you?

Understanding your attachment style can change the way you understand yourself and your relationships. 💛

The way we connect with others is often shaped by our earliest experiences. Whether your attachment style is **Secure, Anxious, Avoidant-Dismissive, or Fearful-Avoidant**, recognizing these patterns is the first step toward healthier communication, stronger relationships, and personal growth.

Self-awareness isn't about labeling yourself. It's about creating opportunities for healing and building more secure connections.

✨ Which attachment style resonates with you the most?

If you're interested in exploring your attachment patterns or strengthening your relationships, our team is here to help.
