This morning, Chippewa Manor President Jill Gengler was presented with a check for $2,000 from the American Legion Post 77 Ladies Auxiliary to benefit the Paws for a Cause campaign. Chippewa Manor is spearheading a community fundraising drive to provide a local veteran with a specially trained service dog. A special thank-you to WEAU 13 News and WQOW News 18 for capturing the ceremony. Trainer, Terese Barta and ambassador dog, Scarlett from Patriot K9s of Wisconsin were also in attendance. This is who Chippewa Manor is partnering with for the Paws for a Cause Effort. Thank you!
