Progress takes time. It's easy to get caught up in not seeing change and "feeling stuck". Keep working hard, trust in yourself, have a positive attitude, and you will get results.
1 video: March 30 2026 - patient was have alot of "stuck" feelings. His ankle joint was not bending enough (into what PT's call doriflexion) to allow smooth transition to lower off of a 4 inch step. So we went to work!
2 video: April 27 2026 - 8 inch step!!! Patient has improved eccentric lowering from 8 inch step with greater doriflexion mobility. (See video in comments)
In just 1 month's time this patient has made HUGE gains! 😁 He has doubled his step height, doubled his left ankle mobilty and strength. Keep working hard and good things will come. 💪
