The Cincinnati VA is proud to recognize the latest graduates of our ELIT leadership development program!

ELIT provides employees with opportunities to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their professional development and build the knowledge and relationships needed to become even stronger leaders within VA. Through learning, collaboration and hands-on development, participants are challenged to grow professionally while preparing to make an even greater impact on the Veterans we serve.

Please join us in congratulating our 2026 ELIT graduates: Velerick Watts, Anitra Simpson, Amber Wolfe, Erica Purdie, Wendi Hermesch, Jamera Packer, & Lenora Dumas.

Certificates were presented by Cosette Spille, REDI Program Director, and Dr. Katie Broderick-Forsgren, Associate Chief of Staff for Education.

Congratulations to each of our graduates on this accomplishment and for investing in their continued growth as leaders. We look forward to seeing the impact you will continue to make at the Cincinnati VA and in service to our nation’s Veterans!
