Members of the Life Enriching Communities marketing team recently attended the Local 12 Retirement & Health Expo alongside Twin Towers residents Lou and Carolyn.

The event brought together older adults, caregivers, and community organizations to share valuable resources and information. We were proud to have Jennifer Wessel, Sr. Director of Business Development & Growth Marketing, participate as a panelist during the event, while Lou and Carolyn shared their experiences and provided attendees with a firsthand perspective on life at Twin Towers.

An afternoon of great conversation and even better cuisine! 🍽️

Today, our sales team hosted one of our Four Course Conversations events with prospective residents, featuring a thoughtfully curated menu prepared by our talented culinary team.

Guests enjoyed:
🥚 Deviled eggs with candied bacon
🍉 Watermelon, feta & mint salad
🐟 Halibut with tarragon lemon cream sauce, herb infused couscous, and buttery broccolini
🫐 Triple berry cream puff for dessert

Everything was absolutely delicious and enjoyed all around. Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a wonderful afternoon!

Another successful Teaching Kitchen at Twin Towers! ☕🍗
This month, we highlighted our superfood of the month: tea! Chef Greg and Chef Michelle prepared a delicious ginger honey tea marinade for the chicken, served alongside rice pilaf. Residents also enjoyed blueberry scones to kick off our tea party.
Our Dietitian, Madi Libengood, shared insights on the many health benefits of tea, while refreshing blackberry smash cocktails were served with each resident’s mixer of choice. From cooking tips to meaningful conversations, our residents always enjoy the stories, how-to’s, and time spent together during Teaching Kitchen events!
