Introducing intra oral massage! ✨😁

This is a technique that focuses the inside of the mouth as well as the neck, face, jaw, and throat.

These muscles are involved in chewing, swallowing, breathing, tmj function, and head posture.

Releasing these areas can help with jaw pain, teeth clenching/grinding, headaches, tmj issues, speech issues, snoring, and sinus issues.

This intra oral work is followed by gua sha to calm the tissues after tender work, reduce inflammation, and encourage lymphatic flow.

The session ends with lymphatic facial cupping to help reduce congestion, support fluid movement and drainage, and give you a nice glow!

This will be appearing on my menu soon...in the meantime, ask at your next appointment if you want to give it a try!
