🚨 Now Hiring: Behavior Technician at Edify! 🚨

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism? Do you want a rewarding career where you can grow professionally while helping others thrive? We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated people to join our team!

💼 Position: Behavior Technician

📍 Location: Mount Pleasant Center (In-person)

⏰ Hours: Flexible schedules, 10–40 hours/week

(Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM)

Especially needing availability 3 PM–8 PM

✅ What You’ll Do:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans
Teach essential skills like communication and social interaction
Collect data using electronic systems (you’ll need a working smartphone)
Respond to behaviors with our Compassion Centered Care model
Collaborate with Licensed Behavior Analysts and a supportive team
NO client transportation required!

💰 Compensation & Perks:

Paid training at minimum wage + FREE RBT Prep Program

Starting pay: $15/hour once working with clients
$17/hour upon earning RBT certification (we provide FREE prep and support!)

Ongoing mentorship and a servant-leadership culture

📈 Growth Opportunities:

This is an entry-level role, but it’s the foundation for everything at Edify! High performers can move into leadership, administrative roles (scheduling, training, staffing), or even help open new centers. Many use this as a stepping stone toward BCBA certification and LBA licensure.

🎓 Requirements:

High school diploma
CPR/First Aid certification (due before training)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background, OIG, and state-mandated checks
40-Hour RBT Training Certificate (we’ll help you get this for FREE)
RBT certification required within 90 days (we’ve got your back with the free prep!)

Experience with ABA or kids is a plus but NOT required.
