Successful Saturday with these fine gentleman.

We learned a few things, drilled them consistently, and left after our Gi’s could be rung out with sweat. (lol)

There may have even been some highly deserved promotions handed out, as well.

There will be no youth wrestling this evening.

Team Michigan has practice tonight, and two of them tomorrow for the national team. Located down at Mi-Rev.

Striking is still on for this evening, and we will have class tomorrow morning, as well. 😊👊🏼

Judo has reduced its time through the summer, and we have adjusted the wrestling hours for our off season wrestlers to still be able to train for their National events. (Pending team Michigan practice schedule)

The kids are doing such an awesome job on their triangle choke series, that we may have a couple unexpected surprise, promotions coming up soon. 😁🥋 What we’re covering is either as hard you want it to be, or as easy as you make it.

Kids are really figuring it out, and in a hurry, too.

Can’t wait to see them pulling this off in their upcoming comp!

Starting the week off right!

“Rau Drag” week is off to a great start, with everyone grasping a solid understanding for day one. 🤘🏼 Additionally, the month of June will be an “adopt a white belt” month, for our upper belts. Partners were assigned for the month, today, where the white belts learn what made the upper belts an upper belt, and the upper belts get to create the kind of partners they don’t try to avoid. (Win/Win)
