, This week, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Mandy, MBH, MS, BS whose journey with CPC truly reflects growth, dedication, and heart. Mandy began her career with CPC back in 2004 as a Recreation Therapist in Allied Therapy and now serves as our Director of Clinical Services, a role she has held for over three years. It has been incredible to see CPC through her eyes over the years and to celebrate the many changes and improvements she has helped shape along the way.
One thing Mandy has learned over the past year is how much growth can come from truly listening, thinking ahead, and being willing to be vulnerable with honesty and transparency. She also shared a very memorable first job - pushing carts through the snow at County Market, which taught her an important life lesson: that inside jobs are definitely more her style!
What stands out most is Mandy’s pride in being part of the CPC team. She loves contributing to the energy and momentum of the day, watching people work, and seeing great things take shape. Her support, encouragement, and appreciation for the work of others help create a positive culture where teams can do their best.
Thank you, Mandy, for the many ways you continue to support CPC. Your leadership, perspective, and presence make a meaningful difference every day.
