When was the last time you paused long enough to ask yourself a simple question:
How am I really doing?
Not the answer you give coworkers.
Not the answer you post on social media.
Not the answer you give when someone says, “How are you?”
The real answer.
Mental wellness starts with self-awareness. Taking a few moments to check in with yourself can help you identify stress, celebrate progress, acknowledge emotions, and recognize when you may need additional support.
Give yourself permission to be honest. You can’t heal what you refuse to acknowledge.
Today, take five minutes to reflect:
💭 What am I feeling right now?
💭 What do I need more of?
💭 What do I need less of?
💭 What is one thing I can do for myself today?
If your check-in reveals that you need support, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone.
