Hundreds of community members came together for a day of connection, culture, and celebration. From delicious food and lively music to activities for families and friends, the event was filled with joy, fellowship, and community spirit.

We hosted our first Patient Input Session at our Ann B. Reichsman Community Health Center in Cleveland's Clark-Fulton neighborhood.

Today, we celebrate Community Health Worker Day and recognize the incredible impact our Community Health Worker (CHW) team has on the patients and communities we serve.

We are grateful for opportunities to partner with organizations that help improve the health and well-being of our patients and neighbors.
Recently, CareSource hosted a healthy cooking demonstration at our site, showing participants how to prepare nutritious meals using ingredients commonly found at dollar stores. For many families, access to fresh and affordable food can be limited, creating barriers to healthy eating and contributing to health disparities in our community.
Programs like this help provide practical tools and resources that empower people to make healthy choices, regardless of where they shop.

We celebrated an incredible milestone for one of our own.
Sasha, a nurse practitioner at our West 130th Community Health Center, marked 30 years of U.S. citizenship. Our team came together with gratitude to honor her journey and the many contributions she has made to our patients, colleagues, and community.
Sasha's story is also a reminder of the many patients and families we are honored to serve. Many arrived in the United States seeking opportunity, safety, and a better future. Today, they are neighbors, business owners, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and citizens whose experiences, cultures, and perspectives strengthen the fabric of our community every day.
