Betty A. Trautman
1938 - 2026

It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of Betty A. Trautman, who died on July 11, 2026, at the age of 88 after a battle with dementia. While our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that her suffering is over and she is finally at rest.

Betty is predeceased by her husband, Gary and parents, Ella and Lynn Bergman. Betty will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Guy (Jennifer), Glen (Susan), and Gregg; brother, Michael. Betty will also be fondly remembered as Grandma by her eight grandchildren, Guy Jr., Ryan, Viktoria, Sarah, Elizabeth, Clarise, Nicole, and Shane. Fourteen great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren will also be missing her dearly.

Betty worked at Crossman Arms for over 30 years, and before that, she worked for the Canandaigua School District. Many of you will remember Betty as an avid gardener, reader, and bird watcher along with being a great cook. Her children and grandchildren will always talk about her famous monkey bread.

Betty loved the poem “Somewhere My Friends” by Karen Lee Hunt and wishes that we share pieces of the poem with you, “Something has happened to keep us apart. I’ll meet you again, I’m not sure how, and I’m not sure when.” Betty sends this to all of those in her life: “I love you all very much!”

There will be no funeral services per Betty’s request. The family will have a private celebration of life at a later date.

In Betty’s memory, please go outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Bonnie Morley, age 70, left this world peacefully on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Newark Wayne Hospital. Born on March 7, 1956, in Newark, Bonnie’s life was a testament to kindness, dedication, and love.

Earlier in her life, Bonnie devoted herself to helping others, working compassionately with domestic abuse victims at Catholic Family Charities. Her gentle spirit extended beyond her work — she found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as caring for horses and expressing her creativity through crocheting, sewing, and embroidery. Many beautiful blankets and garments, lovingly crafted by Bonnie, were made especially for her beloved daughter, Amber.

Bonnie’s heart was truly selfless; she consistently placed the needs of others before her own. But above all, her greatest pride and joy were her daughter and grandchildren. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, whose love and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She leaves behind her cherished daughter, Amber; adored grandchildren, Carol “Doodle Bug” Watson and Samuel Watson; her siblings Brian Pitcher and Crystal Wisner; and cousins Kim Nevlezer and Kevin Morley.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her mother, Deloris Pitcher; her brother, Rick Morley; and her aunt, Laura Morley.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the family’s convenience to honor and remember Bonnie’s beautifully lived life. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
