We’re honored to attend the Sonshine Northwest FREE Clinic this year! 💚
Our Heritage Health team will be there alongside many incredible community partners to help connect individuals and families with healthcare resources and services. Whether you’re stopping by for care from the other groups or simply want to learn more about what Heritage Health offers, we’d love to meet you.
The Sonshine Northwest FREE Clinic provides medical, dental, vision, and many other services at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis. Everyone is welcome, and no insurance is required.

Air Quality Update: Due to wildfire smoke affecting our region, air quality has reached unhealthy levels in parts of our community. Our locations will remain open. Our teams are here to care for you.

If you have asthma, COPD, heart disease, are pregnant, are an older adult, or have young children, please limit your time outdoors. If you need to be outside, consider a well-fitting N95 and avoid strenuous activity.

If you’re scheduled today and are noticing worsening symptoms, please call your clinic before coming in, and we’ll figure it out with you.

There’s no better time to celebrate the incredible impact blood donors have on our communities. Every donation has the power to save lives!
Join us on Wednesday, July 8, from 12:30–2:30 PM at our Center for Healthy Living and help us reach our goal of 10 units collected!
✅ Walk-ins are welcome
✅ Appointments are encouraged for a quicker experience
✅ Everyone who attempts to donate will be entered into a raffle to win a gift basket!

Summer adventures are here and so are the sniffles☀️🤧
If your child is sneezing, congested, coughing, or dealing with watery eyes, you may be wondering: Is it seasonal allergies or a summer cold?
While they can look very similar, there are a few key differences that can help point you in the right direction. Knowing what’s causing your child’s symptoms can help them feel better faster and get back to enjoying summer break.
Not sure what’s causing your child’s symptoms? Our pediatric team is here to help. 💙 And if your child gets sick over the weekend, our Rapid Care Clinic is open and ready to provide the care they need when your pediatrician’s office is closed.
Because kids don’t always get sick on schedule.
