Here’s how to make them:
🥄 3 scoops UMP Vanilla
🥚 3 whole eggs
🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
🥛 Water + gum-free almond milk (MALK works great)
🫒 1 tsp olive oil
Mix everything together until you get a smooth pancake batter consistency.
Cook on a medium heat pan with a little olive oil or butter.
👉 About 1 minute per side until golden and thin like a crepe.
