A properly fitted backpack can help reduce unnecessary stress on growing spines. Keep these tips in mind: ✔️ Wear both shoulder straps. ✔️ Keep the backpack snug against the back. ✔️ Pack heavier items closest to the spine. ✔️ Clean it out regularly. ✔️ Keep the total weight around 10–15% of your child’s body weight.
