Insight Hospital & Medical Center Coldwater extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Coldwater Director of Public Safety Joe Scheid.

Joe dedicated his career to the City of Coldwater, leading with commitment and compassion for the safety and well-being of our community. His leadership and partnership with local organizations, including our hospital, is a testament to his heart for true public service and his legacy will always be with us.

Our thoughts are with his family as they navigate this difficult time.

Dr. Salem practices family medicine at the Quincy Internal Medicine Office, where he provides comprehensive care with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education. Fluent in English and Arabic, he is dedicated to creating meaningful relationships with patients and delivering care tailored to each individual's needs.
