One piece of business advice I hear often is to “pick a niche” or narrow down exactly who your ideal client is.

The truth is, that has never felt authentic to me.

I’ve always been someone who enjoys hearing both sides of the coin and understanding that every person has a different story, different experiences, and different needs. That’s one of the reasons I was drawn to studying psychology and sociology before finding my path in massage therapy.

That mindset has carried over into my work.

I love deep tissue massage. I love therapeutic work. I also love helping someone relax, unwind, and reset their nervous system. Some days your body needs deeper pressure. Other days it needs a lighter touch. Sometimes it needs a little of both.

One of the greatest compliments I can receive is when a client feels truly seen and cared for as an individual rather than receiving a one-size-fits-all session.

A recent client shared:

“She adjusted pressure lighter in some spots, harder in others. She catered it to what I needed.”

That review meant a lot to me because it perfectly reflects how I approach massage. I truly tailor each session to what your body needs that day, not what a treatment plan says it should need.

Thank you to all of my clients for trusting me with your care. Your feedback reminds me why I love what I do.

The little things matter.
The soft lighting, the warm table, the quiet details that make a space feel calm.

It’s the same way I approach bodywork—paying attention to the small things most people miss. Because often, the smallest adjustments make the biggest difference.
