APPRECIATION POST💛✨

Behind every smoothly running practice is someone making sure all the moving pieces stay together — and for us, that person is Ashley!🫶

As our Administrative Coordinator, Ashley keeps TMP up and running behind the scenes. From scheduling and paperwork to answering questions and helping clients feel supported from their very first interaction with us, she does it all with warmth, organization, and care.

Ashley is often the first point of contact for our clients and plays such an important role in creating the welcoming, supportive environment we strive for. She keeps our team organized, our day-to-day operations moving, and somehow manages to make everyone feel valued along the way.

We are endlessly grateful for everything Ashley does and lucky to have her as such an important part of our team. Thank you, Ashley, for helping keep this practice running and for all the care you bring to TMP every single day!

🫧We’re so excited to welcome Lauren Runyon (she/they), Masters Level Intern, to our team!

🫧Lauren is passionate about creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, supported, and accepted exactly as they are. They work with adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and are especially passionate about supporting people navigating polyamorous or consensually non-monogamous relationships.

🫧Lauren currently has open and immediate availability for both in-person and virtual sessions.

🫧They accept Medicaid and offer self-pay sessions for $85/hour.

✨Chris is an LPCC works with adults using a trauma-informed approach and incorporates CBT to help clients better understand patterns, build new skills, and create meaningful change. He has a particular passion for working with veterans, first responders, service members, and their families, and is committed to creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and respected.

✨Chris has immediate availability for both in-person and virtual appointments and accepts most insurances
