Hi Y’all! Looking for an in-person therapist for a 23-year-old female. She’s in between therapists and looking to self-pay up to $150 per session until her United Healthcare coverage begins mid-November.
She carries childhood wounds/trauma, severe inner conflict, high self-criticism, anxiety, and bouts of depression with disassociation. She wants to “start doing some challenging work” in therapy. Looking for a female therapist, LGBTQIA+ ally, and certified in IFS.
