The company provides compassionate home care solutions and assisted living placement services in Tucson, Arizona, and all surrounding areas including Green Valley, Oro Valley, Catalina Foothills, Flowing Wells, Marana, San Manuel, Casas Adobes, Drexel Heights, Mammoth, and Sierra Vista.

Total Care Connections focuses especially on seniors who are in need of daily living assistance, and currently serves thousands of at-home clients across Arizona while creating hundreds of nursing jobs within the state's health care industry. Last week, Total Care Connections was honored to be part of the 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻'𝘀 𝟮𝟱𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, connecting with Veterans, sharing information about our 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, distributing water, and helping Veterans access valuable health and VA resources.

A special shoutout to our Account Manager, Victor Elenes, and our incredible Army Veteran Caregiver, Robert Del Pozo, for representing Total Care Connections with compassion, dedication, and heart. Thank you both for making a meaningful impact in our Veteran community!

Some people never stop serving.

Robert Del Pozo served in the U.S. Army from 1972 to 1975, from Basic Training at Fort Ord to serving with the 9th Infantry Regiment in Alaska. But when his military service ended, his commitment to helping others didn't.

Robert became a caregiver in 1984 and has dedicated more than four decades to caring for people in need. Since joining Total Care Connections in 2018, he's provided compassionate care to more than 50 fellow Veterans.

His impact goes well beyond the homes of the Veterans he serves. Robert has represented our Veterans First Program at the Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce, connected Veterans with resources at American Legion events, volunteered to serve homeless Veterans through the Salvation Army's Stand Down program, and continues to give back as a proud member of Disabled American Veterans (DAV).

At Total Care Connections, our Veterans First Program is built on a simple belief: there's something special about Veterans caring for Veterans. The shared experiences, understanding, and trust create connections that go far beyond caregiving.

Robert, thank you for your lifetime of service... to our country, to our Veterans, and to our community. We're honored to have you as part of the Total Care Connections family.

Total Care Connections is officially registered for the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐳𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫’𝐬! 💜 On Saturday, November 7th, our amazing Arizona staff and their families will be heading to Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza to walk the route together. 🫂

This refreshed site was built to make it easier for families, caregivers, veterans, referral partners, and healthcare professionals to learn more about who we are, what we offer, and how we can help.

Since 2009, Total Care Connections has grown to support nearly 1,000 clients and patients each week across Arizona and Colorado. Through compassionate, nurse-led care, our team is proud to serve seniors, individuals with disabilities, veterans, children, and families who need support at home.
