I don't go into organizations to teach people how to do their jobs.

I've worked for large corporations myself, and I've held marketing and sales roles.

I assume the people in the room know what they're doing.

What they need are extra tools.

My approach pairs that traditional corporate background with personal development, which is a little uncommon.

Many people haven't been exposed to this type of work before.

That's why there's often a point in a session where someone realizes, "This stuff is actually really useful."

The goal is to add skills to their tool belt that help them:

🔹 Overcome uncertainty and stress
🔹 Deal with things going wrong
🔹 Handle upsets in their personal life or their work life
🔹 Manage their emotional state when it matters most

People's lives affect their work.

If you're thinking about bringing this kind of work to your team or your next event, DM me and let's talk about what your people are dealing with right now.

People want your presence.

Your kid makes the goal, looks up to see if you're watching, and knows you've been on your phone.

I'd rather spend 30 minutes in the car finishing emails, then sit on the field and give my full attention.

Be present.

If you're ready to stop splitting your attention between work and home, DM me and let's talk.

Everybody had to come to the meeting, and nobody really wanted to be there.

That team walked away with one tool they later credited with boosting productivity.

Swipe to see the word they stopped using.

What's one word you hear in your meetings all the time?

After a reorg, the people who stay are asking, "Am I next?" and many of them are carrying survivor's guilt.

And then, not to mention, there's still a lot of work to do.

AI isn't foolproof, and it isn't doing all the work we can do.

I'm not an AI hater.

I think it's a super effective tool and can be used really well.

But as you make staffing changes, ask yourself:

👉 What are you doing to give your staff certainty?

👉 What are you doing to give them additional tools?

The most effective leaders are getting ahead of it with town halls and real, open conversations about what to expect.

That's how people can come to work every day and perform.

If your team has been through a reorg and you want to support the people who stayed, DM me and let's talk about what that could look like.

Around 45, something seems to shift for a lot of the women I work with.

It could be a marriage or a divorce.

It could be a health crisis, parents dealing with health issues, or kids going off to university.

Suddenly the question is, "Who am I now?"

Many of these women have had tremendous success in their careers, and they've spent years being the corporate employee, the wife, the mom.

When one of those changes, it can feel like you don't even know who you are anymore.

We have to remember that we're playing a role.

Once you recognize that, you can consciously choose something else.

You just have to choose.

If something in your life has shifted and you're asking yourself that question, DM me and let's talk about it.

I love getting my nails done, but for me that's maintenance.

Self-care is introspection.

It's taking time for yourself regularly with a bath, a walk in nature, or meditation.

Pick self-care that is sustainable and good for you long-term.

When you're good to yourself, you can be good to others.

Having your emotions in check is where leadership starts for me.

You need a strong foundation for what you're doing, because something will always come along to rattle you.

Sometimes it's a person in the audience.

Sometimes it's the person in your team meeting rolling their eyes or giving you a hard time about the agenda items.

Leaders who can stay focused, get the outcome they need, and then address the issue are more effective.

They also carry less stress.

What helps you stay steady when someone in the room is pushing back?

Most corporate wellness programs lose the room because they're one-and-done.

My goal is to add skills to people's tool belts that help them deal with uncertainty and stress when things go wrong.

That takes more than a single session.

If you're planning wellness programming for next year and want it to have a real impact on your people, DM me.

A lot of high-achieving women tell me, "I really want to work with you, but I don't want to do one of those group programs."

I understand.

They don't want to share something personal in front of other people.

What they find when they go through it changes their mind.

There's a lot more loneliness and isolation in our society now, especially for women who are the boss.

They often don't have anyone they can unburden themselves to.

In a safe group, that changes.

The power of the format is hearing someone else say, "I can totally relate."

The women find connection with each other, and they stop feeling like they're the only one.

Some of the women I work with have been with me for four years.

I get to watch them progress, and I love it.

My ask is simple: be open-minded about what kind of support could help you.

If you've been telling yourself you'd rather handle it alone, DM me and let's talk about whether Good to Great could be the right space for you.

The fourth quarter can be the busiest time of the year, especially if you're in sales.

There's no time for vacation, and the holidays are coming at the same time.

Talk with your team about what you need to do to support one another.

Open dialogue and co-creating a solution will get you further than one person deciding how it's going to be.
