Money can’t buy happiness… but a Solterra membership feels like a pretty good place to start.

Pilates, recovery, wellness, coffee, community, and a little more time carved out for yourself? We’ll take it.

Meet Kacey, Solterra’s dietitian.

Her approach to nutrition is simple: it should support your goals and still feel like something you can actually live with.

At Move Fest, Kacey shared high-protein recipes, talked through practical ways to make meals work harder for you, and offered intro calls for anyone wanting more personalized guidance.

That same support is coming to Solterra through virtual nutrition counseling, with a focus on helping people feel better, build sustainable habits, and make nutrition fit into real life.

Good nutrition should be useful, realistic, and personal. That’s exactly what Kacey is bringing to Solterra.

You don’t have to know everything to make better choices for yourself.

Sometimes the most useful thing is simply knowing when to ask someone who knows more.

Because wellness gets personal quickly. What helps one person may not be what another needs, and what works now may look completely different six months from now.

That is part of what we want Solterra to make easier.

Access to different perspectives, different areas of expertise, and different ways to care for yourself, all without expecting one approach to do everything.

Apparently our idea for the space was… people. 🤎

MOVE Fest was full in the best way. New faces, familiar faces, movement, wellness, conversations, and plenty of people stopping by to see what Solterra is all about.

We loved every second of it.

MOVE Fest, you were such a good time.

A day spent moving, learning, connecting, and getting to share a little more of Solterra with our community.

From chair massages and conversations around skin and wellness to time at the Main Stage, we loved meeting so many of you and being surrounded by people who care about feeling their best.

These are the days that remind us why community has always been such a big part of what we’re building.

Solterra is about more than what happens inside our future walls. It’s about creating more opportunities to move, recover, learn, connect, and take care of yourself in ways that actually fit into your life.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, asked questions, and spent part of the day with us. And thank you, MOVE Fest, for having us. We loved being part of it.

Turns out, most new things feel a little awkward before they feel normal.

You might not know where to stand. You might watch the person next to you once or twice. You might leave thinking, “Okay wait… I actually loved that.”

That’s kind of the fun of it.

You don’t have to be good at something before you’re allowed to enjoy it. You just have to try it once.

The location services don’t lie. 🤭

At this point, we should probably just add “second home” to the list of Solterra amenities.

Pilates, coffee, recovery, a little time with friends… you came for one thing, and somehow you’re still here three
hours later.

Exactly as planned. 🤎

What you wear to move matters a little more than you might think.

One of our Solterra instructors caught up with PTULA founder Sami Bossert to talk about dressing for the way you’re actually moving, from aerial and Reformer to the moments before and after class.

They get into the details behind different PTULA fabrics, why lightweight materials work so well with the aerial silks, what instructors look for when it comes to fit and grip on the Reformer, and the layers that make transitioning out of class easy.

Of course, there’s one rule that applies to all of it: wear what makes you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself. 🤎

Consider this your Solterra class wardrobe guide.

Maybe the goal was never to fit wellness into your life.

Maybe it was to build a place you actually look forward to fitting into your day.

That’s Solterra.

See you soon, Columbus. 🤎

Solterra is taking the main stage at MOVE Fest. 🤎

On October 3, Solterra instructor Sarah Sutton will lead Power Yoga at Huntington Park, bringing her approach to movement to one of Columbus’ biggest celebrations of wellness, movement, music, and community.

Sarah has been sharing yoga throughout Columbus since 2013, but her practice started long before Solterra. Originally from California, she has taught everywhere from the studio to the water, with experience across Hot, Power, Sculpt, Aqua Yoga, and SUPYoga.

What we love most about Sarah’s approach is that movement doesn’t have to look exactly the same for everyone. Her classes are playful and creative, combining strength with breathwork and meditation while giving each person room to meet the practice where they are.

At MOVE Fest, she’ll bring that philosophy to the main stage for Flow Yoga, representing Solterra and giving Columbus a chance to experience the kind of instructors and movement community you’ll soon find inside our club.

Whether you’ve practiced for years or are still figuring out where you fit, come move with us. Sarah will take care of the rest. 🤎
