Happy National Boss’s Day! 💙

Today, we’re celebrating the leaders who make Ear Works what it is, from the founders who started it all to the managers who keep our team moving forward every day.

A special thank-you to Dr. Toni Zanetti and Dr. Victoria Kopec, our owners and founders, for the vision, dedication, and commitment that have shaped Ear Works over the past 25 years.

We’re also celebrating Sarah Alvarado, our Practice Manager, who keeps 11 offices running and handles the countless moving pieces behind the scenes, and Dr. Meredith Moore and Dr. Joanne Pisciotta, our Audiology Managers, who support our audiology team and help us maintain the quality of care our patients deserve.

From big-picture decisions to the many little things that keep each day on track, leadership takes teamwork, dedication, and plenty of problem-solving. We’re grateful for the people who guide us, support our staff, and help Ear Works continue to grow. Happy Boss’s Day!

Fresh Start Friday

Have you ever noticed that conversation seems much harder to follow once you sit down at a busy restaurant? Background noise, multiple conversations, music and the acoustics of the room can all make it harder to separate one voice from another. For someone with hearing loss, these environments can be especially challenging.

If restaurants have become one of the places where you notice your hearing the most, it may be worth having your hearing checked. Sometimes “I can hear you, I just can't understand you” is an important clue.

Check out this 5 star Google Business Profile review by arlene meisner:
My 97 year old mom and I went to the Commack office on Thursday to learn about the new technology that is now available. My mom is currently wearing an Oticon hearing aid that is 4 or 5 years old. Nadene was very clear and thorough in her explanation. There was no sales pressure. My mom needed time to digest all the details. We look forward to discussing the various options shortly. Laurie, the receptionist was friendly & helpful.
