Lexi, an Emerson Labor and Delivery nurse, brought comfort, compassion, and calm to a family during an emotional birth experience. Through her kindness and unwavering support, the family shared that she helped them feel cared for, safe, and at ease. They were so touched by her attentiveness during this deeply meaningful moment in their lives, that they decided to nominate her for a DAISY Award.

✨ Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Angela Jones, our newest Certified Nurse Midwife joining the Concord OBGYN family! 💜

At COG, caring for our patients has always been about more than medicine, it’s about building lasting relationships, earning trust, and treating every family as if they were our own. We couldn’t be more excited to have Angela join our team and continue that tradition.

Angela is passionate about providing trauma-informed, evidence-based, and patient-centered care, empowering every person with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions throughout their healthcare journey. Her clinical interests include physiologic labor and birth, contraception management, LGBTQ+ health, sexual health and wellness, adolescent health, and postpartum mental health.

Originally from Connecticut and a longtime member of the Boston community, Angela earned her BS in Biology from Northeastern University, her MPH from the University of New England, and her Certified Nurse Midwife degree from Frontier Nursing University. She is board certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and is conversational in Spanish.

When she’s not caring for patients, Angela enjoys life in Somerville with her husband and their four beloved cats. 🐈🐈🐈🐈

You will be seeing Angela around our Concord, Westford, and Sudbury offices, and we know you’ll love getting to know her as much as we have.

✨ Please join us in welcoming Rebecca Smith, DNP, FNP-BC, to the Concord OBGYN family! 🩺

Rebecca provides compassionate, patient-centered care and building meaningful relationships with her patients through every stage of life. Whether you’re coming in for a routine well-woman visit, contraception counseling, adolescent gynecology, reproductive health care, or healthy pregnancy support, she’s committed to making every patient feel heard, comfortable, and supported.

A Massachusetts native who grew up in Shrewsbury, Rebecca earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from UMass Chan Medical School and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC.

When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends—or relaxing at home with her cat, Abby. 🐱

Rebecca is now seeing patients in our Concord and Sudbury offices. We are so excited to have her on our team and can’t wait for you to meet her! 💕

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Heidi Kelly, WHNP-BC, to the Concord OB/GYN team! 🎉

Heidi is a Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care to women throughout every stage of life. She earned her undergraduate degrees from Boston University and DeSales University, followed by her graduate education at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.

Heidi’s clinical interests include well-woman care, contraception management, family planning, sexual health education, prenatal care, perimenopause, and menopause. She is board certified through the National Certification Corporation (NCC) and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Born and raised in Boston, Heidi now lives in Burlington with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, puzzles, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends. Heidi also speaks both English and Vietnamese, helping her connect with and care for a diverse patient community.

Heidi is currently accepting new patients and will be working out of our Westford and Concord locations. We are thrilled to have Heidi join our practice and look forward to the exceptional care she will provide to our patients. Welcome!!! 🩵
